Katie
has been with the Fletcher Team since August of 2002. Katie works
primarily with Buyers. She knows the inventory of
homes thoroughly and concentrates on finding buyers for the Fletcher
Team listings. Katie also handles the daily progress of the
Fletcher Team escrows and listings to ensure early identification and
resolution of challenges as they arise. She has successfully
closed over 300 escrows for the Fletcher Team. Katie and Darin
work together offering a free rental property search at
www.sdactiverentals.com. They have helped place clients in great
properties all over downtown San Diego.
Katie graduated in
May of 2004 from San Diego State University with B.A. in Political
Science. Katie is a member of NAR, CAR, and SDAR. In July
of 2010, Katie earned the nationally recognized Short Sales and
Foreclosures Resource certification (SFR). The National
Association of Realtors offers the SFR certification to REALTORS who
want to help both buyers and sellers navigate these complicated
transactions. Distressed properties are quickly becoming the new
traditional real estate transaction. Today’s market is filled
with new types of properties from short sales to foreclosures and
