Since July of 2005, Ron has managed his own team of agents specializing in San Diego coastal real estate & San Diego Metro.   He has been working from the same office building, which he owns, in Mission Beach for 13 years.  Throughout his career, Ron has listed and sold apartment buildings, commercial, industrial and retail buildings along with residential homes all over San Diego County.  Ron owns & manages both commercial and residential rental properties.  

Ron has extensive experience selling condos, both new construction and conversions.   He successfully completed several condo conversions throughout San Diego.  He facilitated both the condo plan and HOA document approval and recordation by working directly with the city of San Diego and Department of Real Estate.  Ron would also oversee the transfer of the HOA from developer to homeowners, including property tax segregation.

From July 1997-July 2005, Ron was a Broker Associate with Prudential Dunn Realtors.  Prudential Dunn, Realtors awarded Ron with the distinction of Chairman's Circle, a group consisting of the top 2% of all Prudential brokers nationwide, for each of the following years: 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003.

Ron was also named a top broker producer for Re/Max Realtors in 1994, 1995, 1996 and 1997.

Born and raised in San Diego, Ron is a fourth generation San Diego real estate broker and has witnessed and studied the economic development of San Diego County for over 25 years.  He is a member of NAR, CAR, SDAR, Sandicor MLS, Mission Bay Association of Realtors, and REBA La Jolla Brokers.  He most recently obtained the NAR Short and Foreclosure Resource Designation (SFR).  Seller's  facing financial difficulty can be overwhelemed, but there are options.
