On Ocean Front Walk in North Mission Beach walking distance close to all the great restaurants this west sunset facing house / duplex is located directly on the boardwalk, north of Belmont Park and roller coaster and within walking distance of Grand and Garnet in Pacific Beach. The house features a beach theme throughout, from the hardwood floors to the brightly decorated bedrooms. Each room has recently been redecorated with bright new bedding and wall art. The master bedroom features a new delux king bed with large windows overlooking the beach, private 5 star bathroom, two dresser and HDTV with DVD. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, and closet. The third bedroom has a queen plus bunk beds for two more.

The living room with large windows facing the surf a new couch and a FLAT SCREEN HDTV WITH CABLE HI-DEF CHANNELS. All the standard appliances can be found in the kitchen, and a BBQ out on the deck. Tandem park spot included on property.
